| well i went to mexico for spring break...can we say amazing!!!
okay so we left Edmond on like 25 white vans....yes we named ours..it was Vanna White...we made a long adveture and finally crossed the  Rio Grande...and HELLO mexico!! So then i spent the week praising God and developing a love for sweet lil mexican children  (aren't they just soo cute!!)...okay so one of those ppl isn't a sweet mexican child...its Emilee Holley...but she is still sweet!
I helped at a VBS everyday in La Union...which is def my favorite village. The kids are soo amazing and sweet. Although i dont have a great knowledge of Spanish i was still able to communicate with them and make friendships. This oppertunity has definitely impacted my life and changed my look on life. If you ever get the chance to do something like this you should really jump on it, cause it is unbelievable!!

| well this has been an interesting week! I have had lots of studying and i am doin pretty good with stayin up with it. That is one reason that i haven't updated lately. I still love OC and it is an amazing place!! Right now i'm at Gavan and Melody's. Brittany and i both signed out and are stayin the night over here with chase while they are outta town. We cooked spagetti tonight and did some laundry...that was an experience cause the dryer went out and we had to call gavan and ask what to do. It is all goood now though. So tyler came over to watch Old School and hang out with us. After the movie pillows began to get thrown and well i end up gettin my finger nail practically ripped off, and it bled a lot, but dont worry tyler was my doc and fixed it all up! It stil hurts though! well i'm gonna get back to hangin out with everone. So remember that God is good all the time! love you guys-kerr | | |
| Remember to take some time to pray. Pray for your enemy, for those you are mad at, and those who have hurt you. Pray for the ones that are always there for you and love you unconditionally. They are the ones that God has placed in you life to help you live the life you are striving to living. Also don't forget to pray about the people that got hit by the hurricane. There are a lot of familes that really need prayers down there. Its hard to sit here and look at everything i have knowing that now a lot of them have NOTHING!!! | well college is amazing! Today i got up at like 11:30 and then went to eat in the cafeteria with danielle around 12:30. Then we registered our cars and registered for eyw and ran some other errands on campus. Brittany got here around 2 and then we went to Target and got our fidge and made chase carry it into our dorm. Then we had supper in the cafe and went to hardeman and did some cool stuff then we went to our HUB groups. We played game show type stuff tonight and then had a laua. It was so cool. I got to see a lot of ppl that i hadnt really talked to much. Now britt and i are kinda packing and gettin stuff ready to leave for Dry Gulch since we are gonna go fly kites with the lil kids in the morning. Everyone should go hang out with the kids, it will be amazing to see how much we touch their lives! I love you guys!-kerri | | |
| well i'm moved in and its amazing. I have had a great time since i got here. I spent the night with kristin and amanday on sat night and we had soo much fun...manda and i were super hyper!
Church this morn was okay...i went to Edmond C of C and i didn't like it all that much, but dad made me go there. Tonight i went to memorial and i liked it. They were all so friendly and Gavan and Melody already wanna adopt me!! YES!!! After church i went on my first college date!! woot woot! I had a great time, even though the movie sucked! I don't hold that against the whole night. Well i need to go to bed. I hope that everyone is having an amazing week!
